Thank you for shopping with Rumero by ASHAK JUNAIDEEN GLOBAL GENERAL TRADING LLC (“Rumero”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process, dispatch, and deliver your online orders placed through www.rumero.ae within the United Arab Emirates.

1. Service Coverage

  • Rumero currently delivers across all seven Emirates of the UAE.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.
  • Orders are fulfilled directly from our UAE warehouse or partner logistics centers.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 2 PM (UAE time) are generally processed the same day.
  • Orders received after 2 PM or on weekends / public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Once processed, customers receive an email or SMS confirmation with the order reference number.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery within the UAE takes 1 to 3 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Remote / out-of-service areas may require an additional 1–2 days.
  • Deliveries are made between 9 AM and 9 PM, Saturday to Thursday.

We aim to meet these timelines; however, unforeseen delays (e.g., weather, road restrictions, public holidays, or courier issues) may occasionally occur.

4. Delivery Charges

  • Free Delivery – for orders of AED 100 and above (after VAT and discounts).
  • Standard Delivery Fee – AED 25 for orders below AED 100.
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Rumero (e.g., wrong item sent).

5. Delivery Process & Tracking

  • After dispatch, customers will receive an SMS / email with shipment tracking details.
  • Our logistics partner will contact you prior to delivery to confirm the address and suitable time.
  • If you are unavailable, the courier will attempt redelivery or arrange an alternate schedule.
  • Orders may require a signature or OTP confirmation upon receipt for verification.

6. Delivery Restrictions

  • Deliveries cannot be made to PO boxes, military zones, or restricted locations.
  • The delivery address provided during checkout must be accurate and complete.
    Rumero is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If an order is returned due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address,
    the customer may be charged a re-delivery fee.

7. Ownership and Risk

  • Ownership of the goods transfers to the customer upon full payment and successful delivery.
  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order is delivered and signed for.
    Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately of any visible damage or error.

8. Split or Partial Shipments

If your order includes multiple items and one or more are temporarily out of stock,
Rumero may:

  • Ship available items first and deliver the remaining items later, or
  • Hold the full order until all items are ready.

In either case, you will be informed in advance.

9. Delivery Delays or Force Majeure

While we strive for timely delivery, Rumero shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as:

  • Natural disasters, weather conditions, or flooding
  • Road closures, accidents, or traffic restrictions
  • Government regulations or public holidays
    We will always keep you informed of any significant delay.

Please include your order ID and contact number for quicker resolution.

11. Returns Related to Delivery

If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, kindly refer to our
Returns & Refunds Policy for detailed instructions.
We will arrange collection or replacement at no extra charge where applicable.
