4. Eligibility and Account Registration

  • Customers must be at least 18 years old to register or place an order.
  • You may browse as a guest or create an account for a smoother checkout experience.
  • You are responsible for maintaining accurate information and keeping your account credentials confidential.
  • Rumero will never request your password or payment PIN by email or phone. If you suspect any misuse, contact us immediately.

5. Orders and Acceptance

  • All orders placed through www.rumero.ae constitute an offer to purchase the listed products.
  • An order acknowledgment will be emailed upon submission; however, it does not constitute acceptance.
  • Order confirmation and dispatch will occur once payment is verified and stock is available.
  • Rumero reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of:
    • Product unavailability
    • Payment authorization failure
    • Suspected fraudulent activity
    • Violation of these Terms

6. Product Information and Pricing

  • All product prices are displayed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams) and include 5% VAT as per UAE law.
  • Prices and availability may change without prior notice; however, confirmed orders remain unaffected unless there is a typographical or pricing error.
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual product appearance may vary slightly due to packaging updates or display settings.
  • All products are packed in facilities that may handle nuts, dairy, and gluten, and cross-contact may occur.

7. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required at the time of checkout.
  • Accepted payment methods include:
    • Credit/Debit Cards (VISA, MasterCard)
    • Cash on Delivery (COD) – available within the UAE only.
  • All online card transactions are processed securely through UAE-licensed payment gateways in accordance with Central Bank of UAE standards.
  • Rumero reserves the right to cancel orders where payment authorization cannot be verified.

8. Shipping and Delivery

  • We deliver only within the United Arab Emirates.
  • Standard delivery time: 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
  • Free delivery applies to orders of AED 100 or more; otherwise, a AED 25 delivery charge applies.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses and contact details.

9. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unopened, unused, and undamaged products in their original packaging.
  • Opened or consumed food items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law:

  • Rumero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data, profit, or goodwill) arising from your use of our Service.
  • Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death, injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.

11. Intellectual Property

All Website content, including logos, trademarks, images, text, and graphics, are owned by or licensed to Rumero and are protected under UAE copyright and trademark laws.
No part of the Website may be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
